Bullfrog are perhaps the best communicators I have experienced. They constantly kept me updated on my tile cleaning project. They sent a very professional and friendly technician who arrived on time and completed the job expeditiously and cleaned up everything very well. Exactly as specified. The office folks always followed up and were very thorough in explanations and treated me well. Special kudos to Julie, Jordyn and Josh. I recommend them highly.

We had many, many years of build up in our pool. The tiles were covered with thick white scale, and even the pebble surface had buildup. We had an acid wash along with blasting the scale from the tiles. It looks brand new! Professional and efficient! Thank you Bullfrog!

Justin was very professional and did a great job I think their office should have let Justin know I don’t have a pool drain so he had no choice but to drain the pool in the street. Unfortunately we couldn’t do an acid wash bc they aren’t allowed to drain that in the street. I wished I had known that and should have been told. Justin the tech was great and very happy with his calcium removal. And he recommended SCALETECH to help in the future with the build up.
