Our pool had a tremendous amount of scale buildup, not sure if the previous owners actually did anything to care for the pool. Contacted Bullfrog, made an appointment and wasn’t sure if they could actually get the tile back to looking good. Their tech, Josh, arrived on time, ready to go. He advised that it would be no problem to clean, just take a bit longer and an additional charge for the extensive scale buildup. No problem with the additional charge, that was explained when I first contacted the company and sent photos of the pool. Josh got right to work, answered all my questions and provided some tips on reducing future issues. He did an absolutely amazing job. The tile looks brand new! Would highly recommend Bullfrog to anyone considering having their tile cleaned back to looking new. Much appreciated!

Saul, showed up on time, assessed the pool, and provided possible outcomes (heavy build up of calcium and missing tiles to my 35+ year old pool). In two hours he performed the tile cleaning and replacement leaving a clean shiny pool at the agreed upon estimated price. Thorough cleanup and instructions on pool start up were provided. Grateful that there are still businesses and trusted craftsmen that do exactly what they promise to do at the agreed upon price.

Bullfrog Pool Tile Cleaning is legit. They showed up on time and knocked out cleaning my pool tile in a couple hours. Tile looks band new! Once they were done, they cleaned up and you could not even tell that they had been there. Great job. Well worth the price for their cleaning service. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their pool tile cleaned. I will use them again in the future. Thank you Bullfrog!!!
